Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversees the configuration, programming, installation, and maintenance portfolio.
• Oversees and coordinates the acquisition of services for best performance.
• Supervises technicians performing installation and maintenance activities; monitors contract compliance; makes recommendations for contract staffing levels and modification of contract terms.
• Oversees and coordinates vendor personnel of the company and specifies and recommends equipment and service vendors.
• Supervises the maintenance division related to technical Department; assists in the preparation of the division budget and monitors expenditure; oversees division personnel, including recommendations for hiring and firing.
• Oversees all facets of technical operations of the maintenance department, ensuring quality of services and compliance with codes and regulations.
• Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe technical operation of the department.
• Develops or assists with the development of short- and long-range plans for technology investments to assure the efficient provision of Maintenance services and the effective use of funds.
• Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Technical & Commercial evaluation & overseer of both Maintenance and Modernization projects.
Special Required Skills:
• 5 - 7 years of experience within the elevators industry
• BE Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Male Candidate is a must
• Knowledge of standards for installation and maintenance of
Elevator/Escalator and construction methods and techniques.
• Knowledge of the preventive & corrective Maintenance procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Maintenance a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology,equipment, and / or systems.
• Ability to train, supervise and motivate staff to peak performance.
• Skill in the analysis and re-engineering of systems, processes, and
procedures.
• Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and ordinancees pertaining to facilities planning, design, construction,and maintenance. |
